The Pro 8400S is a high-volume, black and white digital production printing device, which provides print, copy, and scan functionality as standard.
It has a print speed of 96 ppm, comes with a GWNX controller as standard, and can be upgraded by adding the optional Fiery EB-36 controller.
With enhanced capabilities, including support for a wider range of paper sizes, such as business cards, and increased scanning speeds thanks to the new Single Pass Document Feeder (SPDF), the Pro 8400S is designed to meet the evolving demands of today’s production printing businesses.
In terms of sustainability, the Pro 8400S uses more recycled plastic and electric furnace steel in its construction, which significantly reduce its environmental impact and contribute to customers’ environmental goals.
The Pro 8400S is targeted at school and general office customers because of its support for new compact-size finishers that give it a smaller overall system size.
