Digitise documents to optimise workflows

Scan two sided documents at up to 240 images per minute (ipm) on the optional 220 Sheet Single Pass Document Feeder (SPDF), sharing them instantly with Scan-to capabilities or send directly to cloud services such as Dropbox™ and SharePoint™. Reduce double feeds during scanning with an optional Double Feed Detection Unit.

Take charge of accountability

Track every user and activity. Use passcodes or optional card readers for authentication. An embedded Near Field Communications (NFC) tag lets users authenticate and print from an Android® device. Restrict access to specific print functions or issue chargebacks with RICOH Streamline NX . Encryption helps protect information in transit and overwrite tools remove data on the hard drive.
